We walk you through the sometimes long and difficult process of finding a pastor, and we help seminary graduates and other candidates find the right fit in their search for a new ministry home.
Usually, we can cut the time it takes to find a pastor considerably, and we can nearly eliminate the hassle.
The concept that gave birth to Auxilium Network is the idea that churches have "personalities" in much the same way that individuals do. Therefore, the assessment of the church's personality, gifts and direction is every bit as important as the assessment of the Teaching Elder's personality, gifts and skills. Only when BOTH parties have been assessed can a true match be made. This seems to be the missing element in many pastoral searches. Therefore, Auxilium Network offers the following services:
Matching and placement searches, wherein Auxilium Network works with a Session, Pastoral Search Committee or Pulpit Committee to find an ideal candidate for the pulpit and leadership duties at a particular church or for leadership in a particular ministry or area within a church.
Assessment services to help a local congregation determine its strengths, weaknesses, philosophy of ministry and plans for future growth and ministry.
Pastoral search committee education to help committees set standards and goals for leading their congregation through a successful search for a new pastor.
Seminary graduate placement, wherein Auxilium Network will assess each seminary graduate, create a placement package for them, and actively promote them in the areas in which they show the most promise and interest.
Interim education and planning services for a church entering a pastoral interim period. Auxilium Network will assist a local church in bringing in experienced pastors and teachers to help the congregation hone its vision and plans for ministry during an interim period.
