Second, Auxilium Network will work with seminaries, providing a placement program for their graduates, AND help with finding the best way to get the word out that they are ready to serve. The benefits of this service to students is self-evident, but this will also be of great benefit for the seminaries, as placement of seminary graduates has been expressed as a great need by the seminaries across the country.

Auxilium Network will use a dynamic database of seminary graduates, senior, assistant and associate pastors, ministry directors and worship leaders and this will be always maintained in complete confidentiality. We assess these church and ministry leaders on their spiritual gifts, personality and temperament, philosophy of ministry and other crucial areas using Auxilium Network's online assessment tools, and we use this information to help find the right match with the right church.
