It's in our name! "Auxilium" is the Latin term for "assistance." Help! That's what we're all about!
Auxilium Network is a ministry that has been formed to serve the PCA (Presbyterian Church in America).
We are here to help each church, and pastoral candidate, find the right fit, with the goal of increasing fruitfulness in ministry.
Bing Davis attended Reformed Theological Seminary beginning in 1991 after spending 15 years in the business world. As a teacher and officer trainee at Christ Presbyterian Church in Nashville, TN, Bing was approached by two of the pastors and was encouraged to seek a career in vocational ministry. After much prayer, Bing and Stacy packed up kids and everything else and moved to Orlando. Bing graduated from RTS in 1994 and worked as an Assistant Pastor at Intown Community Church for two years. Bing then served as Senior Pastor of River Ridge Presbyterian Church in New Port Richey, FL, for five years, before taking a call to be Senior Pastor at Covenant Presbyterian Church in Naples, FL.
A short time later, a very difficult experience in pastoring a church led the vision for what is now Auxilium Network to be born. Many lessons were learned during this time of trial for Bing and Stacy, and the need for such an idea as Auxilium Network became crystal clear.
However, God was not finished using Bing as a full-time pastor just yet. By the grace of God, Bing was called by the Nashville Presbytery to plant a church in rapidly-growing Spring Hill, TN. Public worship at Grace Fellowship began in April of 2003, and particularization followed in March of 2004. Since then Grace Fellowship has experienced steady growth and has been blessed with a gifted group of officers.
Stacy Davis graduated with a B.B.A. from Baylor University in 1982, and earned an M.B.A. from Vanderbilt University in 1984. Stacy then worked for Andersen Consulting and Northern Telecom (now known as Nortel) prior to having children. While taking several years off to have three children and get them all well into their schooling, Stacy held various leadership roles at church, in the community, and at the children's schools.
Upon returning to the workplace, Stacy spent three years as the Controller for a $12 million technology company prior to launching Auxilium Network with Bing.
Stacy and Bing have three children, ages 19, 17 and 13.
